What's the difference between normal eye liner that you would get at target and more expensive types like MAC?

You know, it all depends on the brand. In my opinion, MAC's fluidline (a gel liner) is more expensive but equal quality to L'OREAL's HIP gel liner (a DRUGSTORE gel liner). MAC Technikohl eyeliners are good but Rimmel and Almay and Revlon and L'OREAL HIP all have good liners. Really, I think you should try to go drugstore. well i use MAC's fluidline and i love more than my drugstore liners because it applies so easily and stays on forever and doesn't run, i have tried theit liquid liner because i already love l'oreals carbon black one
