Best way to get eye liner stains out?

I have eye liner/mascara stains on my carpet. what is the best product to use to get it out?Best way to get eye liner stains out?
Believe it or not, try eye make up remover, non oily. Its worked for me in the past in regards to liquid foundations and that wouldn't come out with carpet stainer removers, etc. What did the trick? Eye make up remover. So, I'd recommend getting a small bottle if you don't already have some, get a cotton ball and dab some on in the spots to where its saturated and than try to soak it up with a towel. Try dry blotting it first, before you try scrubbing it out. Sometimes scrubbing will push the stain further into your carpet. Best of luck!


PS, The other thing you can try is GOO GONE, but I'd try the eye make up remover first, its less harmful and if it doesn't work for you, you can than go to a different cleaner without discoloration in your carpet fibers.
