Mac is the best. It lasts all day and in to the night. It's also very soft so you can smudge away if you want.What is the best type of eye liner to use?

Pencil eye liners run and there isnt really a way around it. you have to either just check the mirror and wipe up the mess and re-apply or switch to liquid. I like the idea of the mac fluid liner...i've never tried it but i plan to now.

The best cosmetics company I have found with fabulous quality is bee luscious cosmetics , they have an aloe vera and chamomile eyeliner that is wonderful and good for your eyes.

The most hardcore liner I have come across is MAC fluidline. Its in a little pot and you apply it with a small angled brush. Its doesnt budge for hours and hours.
