you put on the eyeliner along the rim of you bottom eyelid. the get a dark eyeshadow and put it on you eyelid and along down below your eyes. i did that for my dance, it looks good, trust me!

you can try smoking them out by smudging them
or wing them out and use neutral eyeshadows. (:
