how can i put on not that dark eye-liner of black eye-liner and not look like a ratcoon after i put it on?hel p me figure this out:]:]eye-liner[:?
If you want a softer look I would recommend one of two thing. Either use a brown kohl pencil, and just touch your eyelids with it, building up to a line rather than drawing it straight away. Or, using shadow. I find that using eyeshadow is a much easier way to get a soft, smokey look. I hope you have fun experimenting!:]eye-liner[:?
if you want to wear dark eyeliner, dont go for black if you want to not look like a raccoon. try a chacoal or very dark brown instead. i had the same problem. i suggest go to wikihow.com. they have heaps of stuff on how to apply eyeliner.
