Eye liner???

i just have normal eye liner not hte liquid kind. i want to make wings things on the side of my eye, but i dont really know how too.Eye liner???
Just do a thin line above the lash line and continue it out, it works best with a liquid eyeliner though.Eye liner???

i can't remember if the wax based or oil based eyeliner but good for you for not using liquid eyeliner.liquid kind is hard to put on and stings like hell when it gets in your eye.


just make the line as close to your lashes as possible and follow your lid.Don't hold the pencil slanted,hold it straight up so that you won't get a big thick line that'll smudge.
