What is the correct way to put on eye liner?

How is it suppose to go on your bottom eye?


some people put it above the lashes


and some people put it beneath them.What is the correct way to put on eye liner?
Very carefully! ;-) I'm always tempted to put in above the lower lashes, right next to the eyeball, but it's really not a good idea. Easy way to get bacteria in your eye and end up with an eye infections. Hardly ever happens, but I figure it's not worth the chance. Put it beneath the lower lashed, but the closer the better. Right against the lower lashes looks the best.





Then you can look in the mirror, and say ';yes!'; Good Job, I look wonderful!What is the correct way to put on eye liner?
Go to one of the big department stores and go to their make up department. Ask their Beauty Consultants for tips on doing this and other make up tips. They will be happy to help you.
Here's what I do-I start from the outside of my eye and draw inwards, beneath the lashes, then I pull the skin down slightly and draw on above the lashes. I like the dramatic look and I find that works quite well!
Whatever you think looks best and is the safest for you eyes.
Don't line your eyes IN the lash rim, it makes your eyes look smaller and it's bad for you eyes. Below the lash line works the best, and make sure to smudge it a little after you've put it on to make it look natural. Always apply mascara after you've done the eyeliner.
i think putting it on the top of your eye, where your eyelashes are, it makes your eyes bigger, bolder and more beautiful!
Well its all about trial and error.


Draw from left to right over and over again in front of a mirror and you will get it eventually honey.





Also remember if its a liquid liner, don't blink to hard for the first minute or so as it will give you those famous pander eyes!!
