Eye-liner..?

i use black pencil eye-liner.

the problem is that after about an hour, it smudges.

i put on the inside and outside, and it's on the outsides that this happenes.

what should i do for this to stop happening?Eye-liner..?
Try a cream eyeliner. It just brushes on and it's a little easier to control than liquid eyeliner because it isn't runny. Plus it dries faster than liquid and is harder to take off but thats b/c it won't smear.

It takes practice but not as much as liquid. I bought cream eyeliner and am still trying to get it just right. I've found you don't need a lot of the cream liner to have a nicely lined eye. So that means I'll have a lot of liner for awhile. :)Eye-liner..?
All pencil eyeliners smudge at some time or another, even the most expensive brands. I suggest switching over to a liquid eyeliner. It's darker than the pencil eyeliner. It can be difficult to apply at first, but it does last longer, even the cheapest of brands.

You can't really apply liquid eyeliner to your waterline. Otherwise, it will irritate your eye and smudge off when you blink. You'll have to apply it under your bottom eyelashes. If you find you don't like liquid eyeliner, try out a more expensive brand of pencil eyeliner. See how this works out for you. It may not smudge as much. I never liked pencil, always been a liquid fan.
i usually find that the inside fades, and the outside smudges. i have the same problem. i really dont know any solution.
you can get a better eyeliner(Victoria's Secret brand) or get a good eyeliner sealer
^ ^ you can also use black eye shadow on top it keeps it from smudging and turning Grey
that happens to me, but its liquid eyeliner.

Maybe try applying it darker or something.

Sorry i dont know.
