What is the longest wearing pencil eye-liner?

I am looking for a pencil eye-liner that glides on smoothly but that does not smudge so quickly. When I apply eye liner on my upper lid, it leaves smudges under my eyes.What is the longest wearing pencil eye-liner?
MAC has an eyeliner..i forget the name of it right now.. it not a pencil though. it looks like an eyeshadow but its a eyeliner, you use a liner brush to apply it. Its amazing. it doesnt smudge and it lasts days if you dont take it off with makeup remover.What is the longest wearing pencil eye-liner?
i like the sephora brand black eyeliner..





it never smudges and stays on all day.


i get the travel size one. it is still a very good size that will last a long time, but only 4 dollars. (:

I like the Mary Kay eyeliner. It only comes off with make up remover. Soap and water doesnt even get it off.

the longest one that i have found is maybaline that stuff really works.
i love the rimmel london with the two colors, one on each side. i use the purple rock chick and it stays on like FOREVER! and it is only about 4 dollars
