xxxxHow do you put eye liner on?
it takes practice to learn how to put it on right. just put it along your bottom lash line. dont put too much and make sure its even and not messy.
try a pen type of liner there easy 2 use http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl鈥?/a>
If you're putting it on your eyelid then often the best way to make it look neat is not to use eyeliner. I've found that liquid eyeliners look completely wonky and kohl pencil is almost as bad and really heavy.

My ';eyeliner'; is actually pressed powder eyeshadow. Dip a lip brush in some water then you can use it like a kid would use paints. It sounds weird, but I've found it looks much tidier than real eyeliner and can be striking or subtle depending on how you do it. Plus it gives you a much bigger choice of colours. Do it above and below and it'll make your eyes look bigger instead of smaller like it would if you used a pencil on your lower eyelid.

My other advice would be to put your elbow on a table and to keep practising. Hope that helps.
Apply by doing dashes like this----- slightly under your lashline until you have a line and then use a thin slanted brush and smudge it evenly. Also, look into why your hands are so shaky, that is if its interfering with doing daily things...ask mom to make you an appt. Its best to use a creamy powder form eyeliner.
You can put it on your inner bottom lid, that's actually one of the correct ways. It will make your eyes appear smaller..
get the liquid one and get a credit card or one of this size put it under the eye and follow the line it will even give you a curved edge it does take practise but it looks neater when you got it right
buy a liquid one with a thin brush. hold it in one hand, like a pen and use your other hand to pull the lid taught...put your fingers on the outside corner and pull gently. start on the inside and slowly draw the line as close to the lashes as possible. repeat on the other side. much better to put too little on and go over it again. have a cotton bud handy and wet the tip to tidy up any squiggles!

practice lots and use a gently eye make-up remover

good luck beautiful!

well hun it's sorta hard to explain but i guess i'll try

1) you could have a friend but i dont reccomend this because you'll keep blinking and thinking shes gonna poke your eye out

1) pick up the eyeliner

2) pull down under yer eye but not too hard or too much

3) do quickish stokes back and forth until it is as dark as you want it

4) make sure its perfect and touch up if you got some under you eye.

5) mascara

hope this helps luv ya

I put liquid eyeliner on the top eyelid, it takes allot of practise. If your hand is shaky rest it on anything in front of a mirror. If your putting a line over your top line start from the outside and gently work in towards your inner part of the eye
if your hand is too shakey for liquid or pencil, use a small angled brush and a dark eyeshadow...brown, black, navy blue or plum all look pretty. Just use the brush to smudge the powder down into your lashline. It doesn't have to be a line, but it will help your eyelashes look fuller, abd that's the point of eyeliner anyway.
well you pull down your bottom eye lash thingy and run the liner across it.. if you have good eyeliner make it even and cute.. a couple of times and you got it!!! =]
i am the expert on putting makeup on what you do is close your eye half way and lightly put it on, never use red or purple unless it's halloween i recomend black eyeliner

When I put eyeliner on, what I do is start with the top eyelid by shutting the eye a little and then pulling the eyelid to the side gentley, so I get that chinese effect (no offence anyone, not sure how else to describe it) and then drawing a line as close to the eyelashes as possible. The bottom of my eye is simple, I just kind of open my mouth so that part of my face is stretched and then draw a line close to the eyelashes. It takes practice, but you'll get better at it.
I have a shaky hand as well. For one, you have to relax, if you're not relaxed, then it will probably turn out bad. But no worries! Q-tips are wonderful when it comes to fixing eyeliner mistakes. If you mess up, you could always use a q-tip a gently wipe it away. I always have q-tips near when I apply my eyeliner.

Good luck!

U CAN TRY PUTTING THE EYE LINER VERY FAST AND STRAIGHT!!!
its really difficult to put eyeliner on with a shaky hand. Try resting your arm on a table while you're looking into a mirror. Liquid eyeliner is no good for shaky hands! Kohl pencil is best. Make sure its really sharp so it goes on thinner, if you make a mistake its easy to cover up if it goes on thin, you can just make it thicker!
Tbh you've just got to keep practising, but start off with a pencil eyeliner first, not the liquid type! :)
if you using luiquid its gonna look bad with a skakey hand use a pencil and just pull down the bottem eye and out it roght on top of your lashes
well its just practice, relax don't worry about poking yourself in the eye, its usually good to work from the inner eye outwards, and make sure the pencil is sharp, try to make swift movements with less hesitation, once you've got it you'll be fine doing it one handed and all sorts, and if it looks wonky try make it work to your advantage smudge it in for a softer look

hope it helps, i don't find it easier particularly but you might find a liquid eyeliner easy, depends on the person i suppose
put it on as best you can, and if it doesn't look as perfect as you want, just smudge it around and give yourself the smokey-eyed look. i think that looks better anyway!
it depends on how ur eyes are..if u have big eyes or small eyes...

if u have big eyes put a wide line in the upper lid and the downlid..

if u have a small eyes..put a fine line
Just do it in one swoop: the slower you go, the wonkier it'll be.

It takes a bit of practice but it's not that hard.

Try supporting the wrist of the hand you're using with your other hand.
