I Found Mine Hard To Do At First.

A Way Some People Find Easy is To ..

Place Your Finger On The Outer Corner Of Youur Eye.

Then Stretch It Out.

Then Place It On The Roots.

I However Find It Easier With My Eyes Open .

Its Better If Youu Do It In Less Streaks. %26amp;%26amp; Not Blobs.

Hope This Helped :DHow do you put on liquid eye liner?
depends on the look u want.

try a very thin line as close to the roots of your eyelashes as poss this is more natrual

u could also make it a bit thicker as u move to the outside of your eye and then do a liln flick atthe end this makes ur eyes look more almond shaped

basicly just have a play arround untill u find a way u like, theres no right or wrong way when it comes to make-up, its all personal choice, but if you do want to se how some people do theres try YOUTUBE and do a search fro how to apply liquid liner

dont put it on the bit on ur bottom lid thats above ur bottom lashes (if u get where i mean) liquid liner is not for just inside ur lids like u can do it with a pencil
id use kohl pencil for your bottom lashes..

liquid eyeliner hurts if you get even a little in your eye.

use liquid for your top eyelid..

the best advice is to follow your eyeshape.

liquid eyeliner shouldn't be used like pencil. If you were putting it on the inside of the bottom lid then dont, cos its meant to be used on the top lid, and try to get it as close to the eyelash line as possible
put it as close to they eyelash line as possible if your using it on the water line that could be why it hurts use a black pencil eyeliner for that draw a thin line on the top of your eye close to the lashes
It shouldn't hurt, can you show us a picture of the area your applying it to? It's more likely that you're putting it on the wrong part of your eye.
...may be you're allergic to some of the ingrediants. Does it contain glitter in it - if it does it could be that that's irritating your eye lids.
try not to put it near your eyes, rather use normal eyeliner for that and do put it on slowly or you will make a mess.
