How do I apply under eye liner?

I can do my waterline, but I can not do under eye liner without my lashes getting in the way.How do I apply under eye liner?
under eye liner should go above the lashes, not over top or underneath.... over top or under looks sloppy.... the ledge of your bottom eye lid that rims the bottom of your eye is where the liner should go.How do I apply under eye liner?
Just pull your eyelid down and go underneath the lashes..

pull the lid downwards and it makes it way easier. really!
go to north storms and ask the make up people there!!
when i do my make up, i just pull my lid downwards, so then its much easier :]
