How can i make even and nice lookings wings to extend the eye, with eye liner?

i want to create the wing affect with my eyes to make them kinda look like cat eyes, but everytime i attempt it, one is higher or longer then the other. how can i make them look even, cat like and sexy?? any tricks?How can i make even and nice lookings wings to extend the eye, with eye liner?

use the straight edge of an credit card or a post it and line it up to the very outer corner of your eye then use that as your guide. i do this EVERY morning!! it totally works.
Liquid eyeliner is best, but if you're not very steady on holding it, it can be tricky to use...so I suggest you can get stencils for both eyeliner and eyebrows, which help a lot with the detailing of cat-eye effects...I have used them and they work pretty nicely. When you go from the side of you eye by your nose outward, be steady and kind of quick, just sweep it out a little from the corner of your eye. When you do the top lid, make a triangle with the other line you did from the bottom and fill it in.





I'm really bad at explaining it, but it doesn't have to be like really dramatic, it'll definitely show up.
