i'm currently using loreal's telescopic eyeliner, but it applies so messy. does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks! What is the best kind of liquid eye liner?
MAC liquid last. clean application. will NOT run (or move at that). Its a little expensive- but worth every penny. What is the best kind of liquid eye liner?
Chanel's liquid eyeliner dries really fast, so there's less chance of a mess, but it's also hard to get off if you've made a mistake.
Maybelline's Ultra Liner Waterproof has a no smear, precision formula. But it'd really reccomend Unstoppable Eye Liner which has a smudge-proof, stay-put, waterproof formula.
Hope that helps!
i am a Merle Norman person and they just came out with a new eyeliner and they give you the brush as well... its not liquid but it can be used for the inside of your eyelid and also on top of you eyes. Its not a liquid but not pencil its in this round tube and its guaranteed to stay on all day and its waterproof. i love it and its cheap as well
i like to use block eyeliner and wet with water using eye liner brush, i find you can control application easier, any well known brands sell this type of eyeliner
i use the glittery one from clairs i wear normal one the rest of the time i only wear that at partys and stuff
=] x
rimmel, dark brown, its brilliant! the brush makes it so much easier to apply and it lasts forever
marykay cosmetics.
Rimmel or Covergirl. But they might be a little expensive [more than the others]
chanel mac or dior,
little bit more expensive but great
:)
ive always used rimmel. yes, its cheap, but its easy to use!
mary kate and ashley is the best!!!!
its all about rimmel! seems to never run out aswell

What color eye shadows and eye liner would look good with my eyes?
i want new makeup that brings out my eyes
this is one of them
http://s919.photobucket.com/albums/ad32/鈥?/a>
also, what is the best thickening mascara? What color eye shadows and eye liner would look good with my eyes?
colors that will compliment your eyes the best are oranges/corals, and even some pinksWhat color eye shadows and eye liner would look good with my eyes?
Choose eyeshadows that contrast with your natural eye color. For your blue eyes, copper, icy pink, lilac, silver or gold would be the best choice. White eyeliner on your inner rims brightens up your eyes and makes them look bigger. Dot a bit of shimmery shadow on your inner corners to brighten up your eyes. Dab a BIT of petroleum jelly just under your brow bones to brighten up your entire eye area. When you do wear smokey eyes, keep the rest of your makeup natural so you don't look too made-up (clear lip gloss and nix the blush and foundation). Try a colored mascara and eyeliner, which will draw attention right to your pretty eyes. .Curl your lashes then coat them with clear mascara to list and seperate without looking phony.
Avoid blue shadow which generally doesn't go good with blue eyes. Avoid lining your inner rims which will make eyes appear smaller. Take some time to make your brows look good. Good brows open up and improve the appearance of the entire eye area.
i also have blue eyes. i would go with something neutral. like browns and tans. use a tan-skin tone color on the lid and a more brown shade in the crease. use a dark brown liquid liner on the top lash line, and a brown pencil liner on the water line. i would take a little of the crease color and apply on the outer half of you lower lash line. curl your lashes, and use a dark brown mascara (cg lash blast is great). a bronzing blush would look nice and a pink gloss. :D
there ya go. hope ive helped.

Try the blue eye color line from almay.
Or anything bright colored from Mac. revlon has the best shades of glittery/subtle eyeshadows, but Maybelline has a very nice line of eyeliner and masscara. try using longer length masscara because volume adds clumps.

youre lucky to have green eyes.
green eyes pretty much go with any colour, just make sure that you dont put white eye shadow on your eyelids.
for your eyes, i would pick bright colours for day and then darker colours for night, but for eyeliner i would keep it simple and stick to the black.
you cant go wrong :)What's the best color eye liner and eye shadow?

How to prevent eye liner from smudging?
My eye liner always smudges when I apply it to my lower lid, how do I keep it from not doing so, also do you have any technique so it won't smudge and look better?
Thanks so muchHow to prevent eye liner from smudging?
Wet and Wild Eyeliner is really cheap and will last all day. ^^ It cost less than a buck, I think you can get it at Wal-Mart.How to prevent eye liner from smudging?

Make sure you are using waterproof eye liner. Usually when you use eye liner that isnt waterproof, the moisture and tears from your eyes will cause your eye liner to run.
Here your answer (yes I use this tip)....sharpen your eye pencil, take a match or a lighter and very quickly heat the tip of the pencil (no more than 2 seconds), *** always let it cool completely *** then apply.
This sets the eyeliner and you won't have to re-apply as much.
use liquid eyeliner from Cover Girl :)
Or if you dont want the liquid kind use the stick kind from Cover Girl, it stays on pretty long.
well if you dont feel like buying anything new use a black eyeshadow on TOP of the liner this will help set the liner and make it last longer. not to mention the shadow sticks to the liner and trust its not moviv.

How to get a really nice eye liner line.?
I can never get a really nice dark line, it always looks funny, any suggestions? How to get a really nice eye liner line.?
try this link to learn about itHow to get a really nice eye liner line.?
I always line my upper and lower lids with a bold, dark line. In general, I find that liquid liner with a felt tip at the end (rather than a brush at the end) works best. My personal favorite eyeliner is Maybelline Lineworks. As far as drawing on the line correctly, practice really helps. Also, use Q-tips dipped in either water or make up remover to fix mistakes as you go, or to even out the line when you're finished.
Line your inner rims of your eyes with a good black pencil liner like Covergirl Perfect Blend eye pencil in Black. Or if you want a smoky eye look, just line your bottom and top lashline and then use the sponge at the end to smudge it. It looks good on anybody. TRUST ME!
if you get a pencil liner, you can sharpen it really sharp then use it and when it gets lower, just put makeup remover or face lotion on a q-tip and rub it uner the eye and make the line smaller
I would suggest getting a better eyeliner. Liquid eyeliner will stand out more and can make a more precise line.
I suggest getting either a cream or liquid liner.
Applying it with a brush gives you more control than with a pencil

What is a good brand of eye liner?
I just started to wear make up and I ended up buying a wet'n'wild eye liner because it was cheap. It is the worst hassle I could ever imagine to get on. I'm looking for a new drugstore (like Maybelline, CG, etc.) brand that goes on very easily (little pressure in necessary to apply), lasts around 8 hours, and comes in the color purple.
If anyone has any suggestions on a good one I would very much appreciate it.What is a good brand of eye liner?
Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner is great
Maybelline's Define-a-line eyeliner is nice also, if you're looking for pencil eyeliners those are the ones I recommend.
As for CG ... I love the brand, but I haven't tried any of their eyeliner - I heard their liquid eyeliner pen only lasts 2 weeks, so you might want to do some research before you buy it.
Rimmel London's Kohl Eyeliner pencil is great too, and it's only $2-3 depending on where you get it. However for me it smudges after a couple hours.
You could also try Prestige eyeliners.
All except Revlon comes in the color purple. What is a good brand of eye liner?
N.Y.C. is a pretty cheap makeup brand and their eyeliners are pretty good!! I have one in black and i got it at CVS for... around 1.00 or more. It is retractable so u can twist the bottom and you don't have to sharpen it either. It's easy to put on and good for the price. :D
I also heard that Jordana eyeliners are good too. They're just like N.Y.C. and i'm sure that they have a purple color. I think they have it at Walgreens and at other discount price stores like the Dollar Tree.
Don't use a liquid eyeliner that stuff is too messy and hard to apply and remove....plus it hurts when it gets into your eyes...Use a pencil liner ...they look better anyway and are safe for begginers
Revlon colorstay eyeliner would be the best for you.
almay %26amp; mac.
MAC has a very long lasting eyeliner.... very easy to use... its great

What is the best brand of eye liner that will stay on all day?
I'm not familiar with makeup, so I just bought any name black eye liner and I tested it by putting it on and seeing how long it lasts for and in one hour it just fell apart, it melted and my eyes got watery ewww, the way I wear it is putting it on my whole eye lid so I need alot and if it melts like that there's no way I can wear it, please can you state whether or not it last all day, becuase I need it to last all day. Thanks. What is the best brand of eye liner that will stay on all day?
I have deep-set eyes and oily lids, so ANY eyeliner disappears after an hour on me if I don't use some sort of primer!
I've discovered that applying a layer of loose face powder (most any brand will do) underneath the eyeliner helps it lasts all day. However, I only wear eyeliner ';normally';, not all over my lid.
If the loose powder trick doesn't work for you, then try an eyeshadow primer -- Urban Decay Primer Potion is amazing, when I use it my eyeshadow and eyeliner look exactly the same at bedtime as when I did my makeup in the morning -- even when I use cheapo drugstore makeup! It is about $15 a bottle, and one bottle will last about 3 months if you use it every day -- but it is definitely worth the price! A little goes a long way, be careful not to apply too much at once. You can get it at www.sephora.com or www.urbandecay.com.What is the best brand of eye liner that will stay on all day?
I used Maybelline and it sucked. Now I'm using one from Body Shop. It lasts me the whole day. 9am-9pm. Great no?
I use Maybellene.Although it does stay on all day, it does start to fade. Or you can try Wet and Wild.
definitely definitely mark. winkink felt tip eyeliner. It is AMAZING! It's kinda like a marker like a sharpie or something that u just draw on your eye (really easy to apply) and I promise you it won't smudge at all all day long. Probably my favorite beauty product ever, I definitely recommend it. Plus it's only $6:)

actually there is no make up or eyeliner that can last all day i use mary kates eyeline it gets off in 2 hours or more depended on what i am doing its expensive though 10 dollars but lastes a long time!
MAC all the way.
It lasts for like 5 hours......
Maybellene Paris, hahahahaha, I don't even know if that's real or not. Sadhi.
try Ever Bilena eye liner..it last for 4hrs..
You should definitely try Urban Decay kohl eyeliner. It costs a little more than stuff you'll get at CVS, but it stays on all day and wont wipe off.
L'oreal makes a great waterproof liner that I swear by, I wont use anything else.
I really personally like Almay, it lasts, comes with a built in sharpener and lasts... I love it
Maybelline is your best bet. It works really well and isn't too expensive. Max Factor is good also, but you will pay alot more for it.

How do i get my parents to let me waer black eye liner and eye shadow?
I'm kinda a mix of punk/normal, and my parents don't like the sark colors, how do i get them to let me wear eye liner and black eye shadow? also how do i get them to lighteb up some, about the dark colors? How do i get my parents to let me waer black eye liner and eye shadow?
Wait 5 years - get a job and an apartment - do what you want. How do i get my parents to let me waer black eye liner and eye shadow?
I dont think they will ever agree, i guess u should just rebel and use it if u want, they will eventually get use to it...tell em thats who u are and ur just expressing your feelings toward your punk.normal side. I do hope ur over 13, if not then ur too young for BLACK, but if u are then do it....
WELL FIRST HOW OLD ARE YOU .. 2. MOST PARENTS DONT LIKE THERE DAUGHTERS WHEREING TO MUCH MAKEUP .BUT TIMES ARE CHANGING . TRY TO TALK TO THEM .OR SHOW THEM A PIC OF WHAT YOU WONT TO LOOK LIKE AND JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENDS . IF YOU ARE 16 TEEN YOU DONT NEED PERRMISSION TO WEAR WHAT YOU WANT ..UNDER 16 TEEN WELL YOUR TO YOUNG .. WAIT TO YOUR OLDER ....
tell them ur expressing who u r and that if they don't let u do u will do it behind there back and all i did was sit my parents down and had a talk with them about make up and they let me so do the same just keep asking they will give in
Slowly introduce it week- by week or month-by- month.
Just start by wearing a small amount and adjust it subtly and im sure they'll be fine with it.
I just recommend not to jump straight in at the deepend and go OTT at the first step.
just put it on one day and like dont put it on dark to it light or buy like grey liner and eye shadow i am not punk i am so girly i wear black eye shadow and black eyeliner it is what looks best!!!!!!!
i would try by taking baby steps with something like this. try being subtle and making the dark makeup look pretty so it dont scare them ....try this link for tip...
http://celebritycatch.tv/wp-content/uplo鈥?/a>
tell them that it's not that bad, that OTHER girls wear short skirts and all sorts of weird make-up, and that black eyeliner is nothing compared to that :)
just wear it and tell them its part of who you are and to let you experiment creatively
I was the same in middle school just put it on at school... that is what I did.
ew don't wear black eye shadow;; its gross
just start wearing itsexy hair

Do you think brown eye liner will bring out my brown eyes?
Do you think brown eye liner will bring out my brown eyes as opposed to black eyeliner?Do you think brown eye liner will bring out my brown eyes?
Try a deep raisin or deep purple to bring out your eye colour. A brown eyeliner won't do much for your brown eyes.Do you think brown eye liner will bring out my brown eyes?
purple and green would.
:)
No it won't because your eyes are already brown. Anything the same color of your eyes won't bring them out, it will only match.
it will just match, it wont really make them stand out
try a dark purple or green
they look great with brown
no, stick with black. and try liquid liner. i recomment almay : )
no but purple dark blue and green will make them pop
I like brown rather than black, black is too harsh. Also, try dark purple or dark blue. The contrast from purple to brown is stunning!
Well, your eyes are already brown, so no.
It'll match nicely, but it won't make them pop.
well no sorry no pop but you will have a gorgeous soft suttle look and ill tell you that would be pretty. also try blue
I have brown eyes and use both brown and black eyeliner (not at the same time lol)
Black makes them pop more, but i like brown because its subtle and makes my eyes look big but not like i'm wearing too much makeup.
like the other person said it would look nice with your eyes but wouldn't make them pop out hence same color. i have brown eyes too.

How do i keep my eye liner from rubbing onto my contact lenses?
I agree with A W ...if you are lining the inside of your lower lash then it will get on your contacts. ....if you really want to continue to line the inside then maybe you could apply the liner and allow it to kinda settle and then put the contacts in ....I'm not sure ...maybe you will just need to line right under the lash line.....
Hope this is helpful ~~~How do i keep my eye liner from rubbing onto my contact lenses?
Hello there. (:
I wear both contact lenses and a large amount of eyeliner-- when I first got them, eyeliner (especially liquid) was a bit of a mess, but it really doesn't affect things that much. I put on make-up after my contact lenses have been put in, and I line the inside part of my eye, too.
If you've just gotten contact lenses, then don't worry: you do eventually become used to it. If you haven't, then I suggest laying off of the liquid eyeliner (if you use any), or perhaps using a different pencil eyeliner; softer ones are easier to put on, but also easier to smudge. Those twisty-pen eyeliners work better for me than pencil.
Hope this helped? How do i keep my eye liner from rubbing onto my contact lenses?
well try putting the eyeliner on-top of your eye lid because your problem is probably because you are putting it on the inner eye lid
Are you tight-lining (lining the inside)? If so, the only way to keep it off your contacts is to not tight-line.
Take your contacts out or your putting too much on.

How do you put on eye-liner without hurting yourself?
Every time I try to put on eye liner I end up poking my self in the eye or making it look bad!!!
any tips help
%26lt;3How do you put on eye-liner without hurting yourself?
Depends on what you use for a liner. I use a pencil. Keep it sharpened. I heat mine up with a lighter and blow once or twice on it then I pull lower eye down and follow the bottom lid with the pencil. Heating the pencil up a little makes for easier application and goes on darker. Plus, I feel it doesn't fade or smear. I have done it this way for 20+ years! It does really depend on what you use though. How do you put on eye-liner without hurting yourself?
First of all, be gentle when doing anything around your eyes. Have a light touch -- tugging and pulling that delicate skin probably won't make much difference now, but when you're 25+and start seeing the preliminary signs of aging, you'll wish you'd been more careful!Using a pencil eyeliner, start at the outside corner and draw a line using short quick strokes toward the center of your eye but not quite to the center. Stay on the eyelid, under the lashes on the bottom and above the lashes on top. Don't put the pencil on the moist part of your eyelid - you can get an infection. Only draw about 1/4 of the way on the top and bottom of your eyelid. If you draw any further, it will make your eyes look smaller and closed up. You want big, open eyes, right? Experiment and see how much liner you can use for that perfect look. You can even use a second color like a shimmering white or gold for the inner 1/4'; near the inside corner by your nose. Then w/ your ring finger, smudge the darker liner so that it's not so harsh. W/ liquid, I dunno - get close to a mirror in good light. Using the same technique, start from the outside working in only covering about 1/4 of your eyelid. Can't smudge liquid liner so use shadow brush w/ shadow to lightly blend line into lashes.
I remember the first time I got it done for me, the lady's pencil chipped a little and made my eyes burn =/ But I can do it perfectly on my own
1) Make sure the pencil's not too dull. One sharpened, soften it a little by drawing a few lines on the back of your hand.
2) Using your other hand, gently hold down your eyelid with one finger.
3) Don't hold it harshly, like an actual pencil, but more gently, like a drawing instrument.
4) To make your eyes look big, only focus on the top lash. Don't go all the way across or it'll end up a bit tacky (a little before the centre of your eye to the ends).
-Don't try to go back and forth and make a dark, thick line.
-Do a few smooth strokes, working out.
5) Blend. Or leave it for a more precise look.
-For a more dramatic look, do the bottom lash too (again, not all the way across)
Hope it helps! =]
What I do is put my middle finger on the bone right under my eye and gently pull down slightly so my bottom lid comes away from my eye. Then I use my other hand to kind of ';color on'; the eyeliner.
If you're using a pencil, it's probably more difficult to handle and easier to poke yourself with. It's best to use a a very soft or liquid pencil (but not a liquid liner with a brush...that can make things messy..) My favorite is Pencil Perfect Self-Sharpening Eyeliner in Ebony by Loreal Paris. %26lt;3
Here's this too...it's a little different from mine, so if mine doesn't work you can try this instead:

Don't press to hard when applying, and if needed close your eye and gently hold closed at the outside corner of your eye. But please don't pull or stretch your sink. This will cause baggy eyes when older if done to much. And if you are using a pencil try a liquid liner. Just practice it will get better!!
go slowly and gently. don't rush and try not to blink. if it's hard not to blink, try putting your finger a little below your eye on your cheek bone and pulling down your bottom lid a little bit, that way it's not as close to your eye. :)
When you put on eye-liner, take a deep breath, let half of it out
and hold the rest of it in, and relax your whole body, the key word is RELAX, sometimes, this takes a little practice.
use your finger at the outside corner of your eye to stretch your eyelid, apply at base of eyelash line.
be gentile, and avoid lining the waterline in a hurry.
Make sure your hand is steady, %26amp; pull down the bottom lid.

It's like using a felt tip pen, I love it.
It's super easy.
MAC brand, when I can splurge on make up or decide to ';treat'; myself I always go for something from the MAC line. So far I've tried their eyeliners(liquid + pencil) and lipglass. I can't wait to try their eyeshadows next.

i really like LOREAL's liner. the wand is Flexible! also i recommend MAC's Fluid line :)
I like waterproof liquid liner the best, it doesn't smudge everywhere, especially if you are gonna be sweating any at all. I also think it's easier to put on the kind with the spongy tip vs. the actual brush. The spongy tip is more firm and you have more control. I think the last waterproof kind I got was some cheapo Maybelline stuff, it went on ok, but got flakey later.
I love wet and wild! They have a new felt tip liquid eyeliner. and it is amazing! It was like $3.99. I love it. I use it almost every day. it doesn't chip/ flake, and its water proof.

hello,
if you want read something about eye makeup
i just come accross this blog which may help you :-How can i make even and nice lookings wings to extend the eye, with eye liner?
use the straight edge of an credit card or a post it and line it up to the very outer corner of your eye then use that as your guide. i do this EVERY morning!! it totally works.
Liquid eyeliner is best, but if you're not very steady on holding it, it can be tricky to use...so I suggest you can get stencils for both eyeliner and eyebrows, which help a lot with the detailing of cat-eye effects...I have used them and they work pretty nicely. They're not too costly either! Have fun %26amp; good luck!
Only do that with liquid eyeliner, alwaysalwaysalways (but you probably already knew that.)
When you go from the side of you eye by your nose outward, be steady and kind of quick, just sweep it out a little from the corner of your eye. When you do the top lid, make a triangle with the other line you did from the bottom and fill it in.
I'm really bad at explaining it, but it doesn't have to be like really dramatic, it'll definitely show up.
physicians formula makes an eyeliner pen that i LOVE. you use it just like a marker and it's perfect for cat eyes.

so i put my make up on everyday but my eye liner always comes off like in 20 mins? is that normal? is there any eye liner out there that will stay on longer? Is it normal for eye liner to come off in like 2o mins?
nope... you are probably using a cheap eyeliner...

You may have oily lids or it could be a cheap eyeliner. Try using Urban Decay primer potion as a base or a paint pot by Mac and then apply an eyeliner like Neutrogena or Urban Decay. The price is a bit steeper, but it's worth it because the pigments are nice and they last a long time.
that happens with me too i always have to keep on apllying it, its probably because youre eyes watter, use waterproof eyeliner and it stays on the WHOLE day, and its not all gooey and weird like waterproof mascara.
Only if it`s a cheap quality, MAC has four types of eye pencils, that won`t smear off.

How do you apply eye liner?
I have big blue eyes. I want it to look hard to tell if I'm actually wearing eye liner. How do you apply eye liner?
black eyeliner is awsome. at first i could never put it on, but now i could never live without it, liquid is good because it gives a more bold effect and pencil gives a more smokey type of effect, either way both are good, and blue is a good colour to hav aswell, it really brings out your eyes.
good luck xHow do you apply eye liner?
thin line on top of the lashes from crese to outer lash ..
then just put a little bit on the inside of the bottom lid.
Well, First you open the bottom of your eye lid a little and apply just a small bit of eye liner. If you put too much it will look like you are a gothic person. Unless you want that. With big blue eyes it will look beautiful. Trust me i have big blue eyes also and I use eye liner alot.
hope my answer works for you!
Thanx for the opportunity!
I have big blue eyes too and people can never tell when I wear eyeliner--except for my mom :)
I use a brown eyeliner--I prefer the one by Almay that lasts for 16 hours without smudging. Then I take the pencil and steadily start around the middle of my eye and work my way out to the edge. Then I blend it so it looks natural. No one says they can tell when I wear eyeliner!
If you're looking for liquid liner, wear a brown one. I use the one by prestige. It's easy to apply, and looks natural when you only wear a thin line on your upper lid.
Good luck!
well with big blue eyes i would suggest suilver mixed with black to birng um out mroe...but just apply it......thick..i guess
Well if you wear white eyeliner on your eyelid it gives you a more open-eyed effect. If you wear black, retrace the line a couple times to make it darker so it's visible.

Well I hold my top eyelid and then look in the mirror with my other eye. I then apply it right on top of my lashes. Make sure it looks straight.

How Do I Apply Eye Liner and What Is The Best Brand to use?
??????How Do I Apply Eye Liner and What Is The Best Brand to use?
The best brand would be for you to deside. My personal favorite pencil is Cover Girl automatic liner, but my favorite Liquid ( believe it or not) Is Wet n Wild. Its cheap but it doesn't crack, peal, flake, stain, and has a very dark bold color.
I apply using a magnifying mirror from inner corner to outer corner.
There are a lot of things to concider when buying liner
Your Style: do you wear thick dramatic lines or thin not so noticable lines?
This will help determin weather you need a softer or harder pencil liner.
Liquid liners often have diffeent brushes, some have bristle liners, some have felt tip like liners, some are like markrs. ( I think cover girl makes one thats almost like a sharpie marker)
I sugest getting one of each kind you can find what works right for you.How Do I Apply Eye Liner and What Is The Best Brand to use?
it depends.
for my first time, i had my friends or my older sister to do it for me a couple of times. and then i got used to the feel and the placement of the eye liner on my eyes which is usually your bottom eye lash line and the pink part between your eyelash line and your eyeball. if it is on the top, then you do it right above your top eyelash line. it might tickle at first, but you will get the hang of it. for the brands, if its not wateroproof then EXAGGERATE RIMMEL. and if it is then i like Revelon.
my favourite is gosh, its got a really easy brush for beginners on eyeliner.
to apply to the top lid, hold the eyeliner brush in your handthen with your other hand hold that elbow so your arm is steady, i did this for a while and now i can do it freehand it was the best tip anyone ever gave me!
for the bottom just gently pull it away use a kohl pencil and start in the middle and work to the corners.
if youre going for a more dressed up look get the pencil and draw some little flicks on the corners.
always put mascara on after.
Good question. 1st of all, get a really dark automatic eyeliner by NYC Makeup. A great one is Basic Black. It's sexy and the deepest black there is in this kind. Now to apply - instead of putting in neatly just on the bottom, try going a little bit lower. Push down hard (not hard so it hurts) and rub it in a lot. Dont go over the top like, a goth look. That will just look trashy. To smudge, rub the eyeliner lightly with your finger. This kind of eyeliner will help you put the lines on smoothly, and still look great. For more info go to the website listed..

i hope i helped =]
So far, the best brand to use is M.A.C., I've found. It is more expensive than drugstore brands, but it's easy to apply and lasts a while. Otherwise I would recommend MaryKay eyeliner. That's pretty good also. I'll include some how-to instructions for applying down below. Hope this answered your question!
Start in the outside corner of your eye and use very very small strokes to apply it. You should put it just even with your lower lashline or a little below, never above though because it makes your eyes look too small. Stop applying before you get to the inside corner of your eye so only about 3/4 of your lower lashline has liner. Then use your finger to smudge it upwards and in. Then use a qtip or finger to get rid of any extra liner that may have smudged too low. Use waterproof but only if you have a good eye makeup remover otherwise you will look like a racoon if you cant get it all off before you apply it the next day. CoverGirl and Loreal are the best brands. The crayon types work best because they are easier to apply then the pencil type.
to apply eyeliner on the top:
you put your finger on the edge of your eye and pull it out so it becomes long, then you put a thin line of eyeline on easier than keeping your eye open, it usually looks better on some people if they dab eye shadow over the top of it
to apply it to the bottom:
when you are putting the eyeliner on at the bottom, be carefull not to put it to low or too thick, just put it right under the eye. most people put it on above there bottom eye lashes. I would recoment putting it right under there or other them, couse if its above its stopping your eye from being moist. I used to wear it like that but then i needed eye drops and got it recomended to do it like that.
I usually find the best eyeliner to be Revon or mary kay. some of the time i use Mac eyeline
Hope this helped :)

Can you where eye liner, and eye shadow during the summer? do you agree or disagree?
i am thinking about wearing makeup this summer to look cute and hip, but is it tooooo hot for that? Can you where eye liner, and eye shadow during the summer? do you agree or disagree?
You could always get waterproof mascara and eyeliner if you're worried about that..Can you where eye liner, and eye shadow during the summer? do you agree or disagree?
Yes you can wear liner and shadow at the same time during summer. Just be careful because the heat can brings out sweat and your skins natural oils. For examples if you had on a shimmery brown eyeshadow with a black eyeliner the eyeliner might appear greenish or blueish. Their are mos def some colors to take into consideration.
I wear make up all year long but when the weather is cold i wear more make up then when is is hot because when it is hotter you have more of a tan! So yea you can wear eye liner and eye shadow in summer but don't wear to heavy eye liner and wear summery colors for your eye shadow like pink or blue or purple just summery colors like that xx hope i helped xx
yes you can wear eyeliner and eyeshadow! i know lots of people that do this! sometimes it is a little to hot outside so you might just try wearing mascara!
I actually know a girl that instead of wearing eyeliner she uses eyeshadow as eyeliner!
it looks great! You just use a small brush to apply the shadow.
it depends where you are, if it's very humid where you live then it's best to remember to use primer before you use eye shadows and liners. go waterproof with the mascara, and try to stay away from pencil eyeliners if it's humid. if not then you should be perfectly fine using whatever you use all year round! good luck
no i dont think its to hot you can wear makup year round lol. but i would suggest using brown eyeliner and brownish blushes and if you have like blue eyes then sunset colored shadow and if you have like hazel eyes then like cool colors like purple or blue. and maybe some brown-black mascara.
The great thing about make up is that you can do whatever we want to do, though for the eyeliner, I would suggest that you wear a smaller line than the usual, and keep all the rest golden, bronze, tan summer tones.
Go for it :) personally I wouldn't wear much, you wanna go for light Summery looks. Pastel colours will look great in Summer, and if you're worried about eyeliner rubbing off, try and find a nice waterproof one?
It really depends on where you live and how the weather is. here in Western TN Its really humid and you have to stay indoors for it to not rub off.
dont go all out but just put on some mascara with eyeshadow and maybe some waterproof liquid eyeliner...make sure your mascara is waterproof jic u sweat or its humid..you dont rly need foundation or blush
babe, make-up can be worn in any season, hot, cold, typhoon, hurricane, storm, you name it!
No you can wear whatever you want, whenever you want :)
of course you can, specially if you are having a night out.
yes,but use pencil not liquid,
and use a primer on eyeshadow so it stay on longer,
I don't understand, wear whatever you want whenever. :)
if u have allergies and rub ur eyes a lot, dont wear eyeliner because itll be pointless and messy. but u could wear eyeshadow
It's your decision but if you decide to don't wear too much.
what? why cant you just wear it all year long.....
deffiently nawt
heck no!
makeup is makeup, %26amp; it wasnt made for just a certain season,

Makeup is an everyday routine for me.
No humidity is gonna make me change my mind!
